Shipping Information
Unless specified otherwise, all shipments will be via UPS (United Parcel Service).  We have found them to be efficient and dependable.  Sorry, but foreign bound orders are currently not available due to custom regulations.  Our goal is to ship within 24 hours of ordering.  Naturally, holidays and weekends don't count.  Our shipping staff and UPS also like to spend time with their families and friends.  Thank you for your order.

Return & Credit Policy
If it is a mistake on our part, we will give you a full refund.  A 20% restocking charge will apply if product is returned due to customer error.  It the product is defective, please see the FAQs page.  It will give you the details on how to handle under warranty.
